Pultruded fiberglass grille
The pultruded FRP grating is a ferrule-formed "I", "T" shape and the like as a carrier strip, and a solid pipe or bar is used as a connecting rod to form a void-containing plate by a certain assembly process.
The pultruded FRP grating has most of the characteristics of the molded FRP grating, and there are also significant differences. The most important point is that the load-bearing rod has a high glass fiber content (65%-70%), so it is molded with FRP. Compared with the grille, it is more advantageous to use under the large span, which will reduce the basic support and reduce the engineering cost.
Chemical resistance:
Excellent phthalate, m-benzene, vinyl resin and pultruded FRP grating with surface felt are used for excellent corrosion resistance.
Lightweight:
Pultruded FRP gratings are only about a quarter of the weight of steel and are very easy to handle, reducing handling costs.
high strength:
The pultrusion grid accounts for about 35% by weight of the resin and 65% by weight of the glass fiber, and has a very high strength/weight ratio.
anti-UV:
The pultrusion grille is formulated with an anti-UV agent and a polyester surface felt for optimum UV resistance.
Flame retardant:
Flame retardant with ASTM E-84 Test Level 1 25 or higher oxygen index. (according to engineering needs)
Other excellent performance:
Impact resistant, maintenance free, easy to process, non-slip safety, insulation and so on.
